JavaScript is available in Netscape Navigator 2.0 or later, Internet Explorer 3.0 for Windows and Internet Explorer 3.0.1 for MacOS.

Regarding the Time Examples:
Please note that Netscape Navigator do not seem to handle the time set in the system when browsing a page. The hour may often be offset by an hour, this behaviour seems to be related to the daylight savings preferences in the system.
